BTC-22 Sneak Preview:

The Mk II BTC-22 has been made production ready and has been sent off to CMDL to have the frames cut so that the making of the moulds may begin. The BTC-22 was created with the goal of injecting a pocket yacht into the trailer sailor market at an affordable price point for small families, people looking to downsize, and new comers to the sport. What are the differences from MK I? Mark II has increased freeboard which allows for a dryer deck and more interior space. A swing keel is also standard in the cruising version which has an added safety bonus in grounding situations. With the new swing keel, it also increases the ability to beach the yacht in comfort and hassle free. The construction method for the vessel has also been altered to infusion and has been engineered to make the pocket yacht as light as possible for ease of pulling the boat on and off the trailer when at a slip.

This yacht also comes in a sport version tailored known as the BSC-22 for those looking to hone their solo sailing skills. The BSC-22 comes with a minimal interior and reduced cabin top in comparison to the BTC-22. It also boasts an increased sail area which is balanced with a more efficient bulb keel.
